The guidelines for the integration of Environmental Sustainability in European Education are the first Result of ECHO, whose aim to analyze the quality and consistency of the integration of Environmental Sustainability’s issues (Environmental Education – EE) in the educational curriculum present in the partner countries and, more generally, in Europe, highlighting similarities and differences. This result also outlines a useful, engaging methodology for educators to facilitate the aforementioned integration. This research will also be accompanied by a tool specifically for educators, based on the cartographic metaphor: the “educator’s map” that identifies needs, skills, “overviewing” the promotion of eco-sustainability in education.
